Full services include:

  1. Thorough inspection of shock for damage and/or wear.
  2. Complete tear down and rebuild of damper, including new seals, oil, and nitrogen recharge (for models requiring nitrogen charge).
  3. New air seals

Aircan seal service includes:

  1. Aircan seal inspection and replacement.

(excludes damper service)

Sad suspension /Happy suspension

I sent my Fox DPX2 in to Erik for the second time after 12+ months of riding after the first service. Erik’s expertise is second to none. This time around I sent the shock to him because the shock wasn’t holding pressure and fluid was appearing on the shock shaft. After the quick turn around I had my shock back on the bike and I was riding my buttery smooth bike on the trails once again.

100% will be using gearwork again for my suspension service. I contacted them and explained an issue i was seeing and they took the time to research the bike the shock was on and determined a change needed to be made to the shim stack which would be easy to complete with the shock being apart. I was able to tell a difference on my first ride and its a night a day difference compared to what i had. Amazing customer service.
