How To Place An Order With Us
Step 1: Book Service
Select the appropriate service for your suspension and place the order.
Step 2: Serial #/ Tune ID
Collect serial number and/or Fox Tune ID on the suspension and respond back to your order confirmation email with that information. It is a series of numbers located in different places depending on model.
For example: Rockshox has a 11 digit serial number. Fox has a 4 digit code, If not available then it also has a serial number stamped. If nothing is available, respond back with photos of the suspension.
Step 3: Box up and ship
After confirming your suspension you will then receive the shipping address. Box up your suspension and include the order confirmation code written outside the box, or a copy of the receipt inside.
